Advanced Medical Supply uses SMS text messaging for document signing and order processing only. When a document requires your signature (such as a Patient Service Agreement, delivery ticket, or Certificate of Medical Necessity / Prescription), you will receive a one-time text message containing a secure link to review and electronically sign the document. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
Patients: During your intake process, our staff will collect your mobile phone number and inform you that you will receive a text message with a link to sign your service documents electronically. By providing your mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive the signing link, you consent to receive this transactional SMS.
Physicians: When a Certificate of Medical Necessity or Detailed Written Order requires your signature, you will receive a one-time SMS with a secure signing link. Consent is obtained during the provider enrollment or order processing.
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one (1) SMS message per document that requires your signature. This is not a recurring or subscription messaging program.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. You may also call our office at (773) 205-6993 to request removal from SMS communications.
